Manage client Pages without sharing passwords

Organise the Pages you look after into clients. When a client needs to connect their own Page, send them a secure link — they don't need a NicePublish account.

Client connect links
A one-time, expiring hosted link. Your client signs in with Facebook, chooses which of their Pages to connect, and is returned to you.
REST API
Create clients, generate connect links, upload media and schedule posts from your own software. Idempotency keys make retries safe.
Signed webhooks
Get notified when Pages connect or need reconnecting and when posts publish or fail. Every request is signed with HMAC-SHA256.

No double posts

Each post is claimed atomically before publishing, API requests accept idempotency keys, and if Facebook times out we verify the result instead of blindly re-sending.

Daily posting limits

Every plan has a sensible per-Page daily limit, which keeps your Pages well clear of spammy posting patterns.

Duplicate protection

Identical content to the same Page within 24 hours is blocked, so an accidental double-click never becomes a repeated post.

Encrypted tokens

Page access tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted as soon as you disconnect a Page or remove access in Facebook.

Only Pages you manage

You can only connect and publish to Pages you have a role on, through the official Facebook Login. No password sharing.

Your content stays yours

You connect the Pages you manage, compose posts (text, links, photos, albums or videos), publish them now or schedule them, and then see how they performed. Agencies can organise Pages by client, and developers can use our REST API and webhooks.

Facebook Pages only. We don't support personal profiles, Groups, Instagram or other networks. Focusing on one platform lets us do it carefully and well.

No. The 14-day free trial needs only an email address. During the trial you can connect up to 3 Pages and use Growth features. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep publishing — nothing is charged automatically.

When you connect, Facebook shows you exactly which permissions NicePublish asks for. We request only what the features need:

  • pages_show_listLists the Pages you manage so you can choose which ones to connect.
  • pages_read_engagementReads basic Page information (name, picture, followers) and engagement on your posts.
  • pages_manage_postsPublishes, edits and deletes the posts you create in NicePublish.

We only act on Pages you choose to connect, and only when you (or your API integration) ask us to.

Yes. You can cancel from your billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that.

Disconnect a Page from Pages to delete its access token immediately, or delete your whole account from Settings. You can also remove NicePublish in your Facebook settings. See our data deletion instructions for details.

No. NicePublish is an independent product. It uses Meta's official Pages API with the permissions you grant, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
